Blanc-Mont Blanc’s exact location is next to the 5-star hotel Couttet, which will be entirely renovated at the same time as the project. The trees in front of the residence will be cut to offer amazing, unobstructed views of Mer de Glace, Mont Blanc, and Les Brevières. The estimated delivery date is June 2025.

Each apartment comes equipped with an underground parking space (big apartments with 2), a cave, a ski locker, a fully equipped kitchen FOURNIER with a granite kitchen-working surface, equipped bathroom and toilets, washing machine, individual gas boiler for underfloor heating, digital code/interphone, and the possibility to install a charger for an electric car in the parking (extra cost).

Apartment Details

The apartments on the last floor have no balconies, and there are no shutters. However, it is possible to install only blackout curtains. TMA – interior modifications are possible, such as buying two apartments and converting them into one big space. It’s also possible to make a duplex by connecting two apartments situated above one another. The bath can be swapped with a shower or vice versa, taking into consideration the price raise or drop (showers are more expensive than baths, with a difference of approximately 1,500€).

There’s no rental obligation, and VAT recovery is possible. Reduced notary fees are capped at 2.5% max.
