Apartment Details
The apartments on the last floor have no balconies, and there are no shutters. However, it is possible to install only blackout curtains. TMA - interior modifications are possible, such as buying two apartments and converting them into one big space. It's also possible to make a duplex by connecting two apartments situated above one another. The bath can be swapped with a shower or vice versa, taking into consideration the price raise or drop (showers are more expensive than baths, with a difference of approximately 1,500€).
There's no rental obligation, and VAT recovery is possible. Reduced notary fees are capped at 2.5% max.
