VAT refund available and personal use available. If you need more than two weeks to use each year, this is not for you.
2. Flexible rental management. VAT refund available and plenty of personal use available. Ideal for anyone looking for plenty of personal use combined with fully-managed rental management. You pay the tax and charges like for any holiday home.
3. Direct owner rental management. You use the rental management on-site on an a la carte basis whenever you wish to let. No VAT refund.
4. Outsource rental. You use your own rental management company. No VAT refund.
