These apartments are sold with different rental management options. When you are not using your apartment you can let your property through the on-site rental company through different types of agreements, some will also allow you to claim back the VAT on the property price (20%).
1. Fully-managed rental with set income and some personal use. This is for investors who wish to receive a set guaranteed income, at least partly. This option allows you to claim back the 20% VAT on the property price.
2. Totally flexible rental management where you stay in your apartment when you wish and give the rental management company the weeks that you do not use. Usually you have the give a minimum of 8 weeks each year. It is totally hassle-free as the rental company is on-site and deals with everything including marketing the apartment and all the services related to rental like checking in and checking out. This option allows you to claim back the 20% VAT on the property price.
3. A la carte rental management. You use rental services like check-in, cleaning and linen whenever you let your apartment through your own means.
4. A few apartments can be sold without rental (contact us regarding availability). You just use and stay in your apartment without letting it.
