Start of works Belle Source Saint-Gervais-les-Bains
On the popular Avenue de Chamonix in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, work to build the new Belle Source new development has begun.
The demolition work is already completed. The developer is currently carrying out the work to connect the public domain network up to the property boundary:
- wastewater, rainwater
- drinking water network
- telecommunications network
- electricity distribution network…
We have also just started the excavation and network work on the private domain. The start of the special works (foundation, structural work, concreting, etc.) will take place at the end of October 2024. Delivery of the Belle Source is scheduled for early 2026.
