Communal: lifts with access to all levels, including the garage, communal bike garage (level -1) with wash areas and electric charging sockets. The Spa will include a code-access door, a jacuzzi (10-12 persons), a hammam (8 persons) and a sauna (8 persons), 3 showers and changing rooms (2), 2 WCs, and 19 lockers. There will be a playroom for the little ones, a luggage room, a laundry room, CCTV in communal areas, and Internet points.

Apartments:  collective propane gas boiler system(hot water and heating) with a thermostat in the main room to set the temperature required through radiators in each room + towel rails in bathrooms, oak hardwood parquet floors with fir wood skirtings, smooth paint with white velvet finish for the living areas, stone-effect stoneware for wet room walls, pine panelling ceilings for the areas with sloping ceilings, fir wood windows (low emission double glazing with argon gas), brushed fir wood doors, stoneware in the wet rooms (45 x 45), one wall will be fir-wood clad in the living room and the main bedroom (full height in living room and 1m20 high in bedroom), also decorative ceilings made of brushed or stained pine cladding, installed intermittently under sloped surfaces with exposed beams, wood roof.  Some apartments will come with an office that can be transformed into a spare bedroom for bunkbeds (upon confirmation). Balcony flooring is concrete to receive subsequent smooth pine flooring; floors of the more extensive terraces will be covered with slabs on pedestals, with a fine-washed gravel finish.

The fully equipped kitchen (minimum 3 m wide) includes a worktop, splashback, wood lower and upper cabinets (floor to ceiling), sink, hobs (3), extractor, traditional oven (self-cleaning), fridge/freezer, microwave oven, built-in dishwasher (capacity for 12 place settings), and LED lighting strip.

Extras: One ventilated ski locker per apartment (boot-warmers also according to sleeping capacity of the apartment) including a bench in the room to put on the ski boots, one storage room (cave) per apartment, 2 communal EV charging stations (22 kva) available in the outdoor parking.
