At La Belle Aurore, a rental management setup is offered that allows owners to enjoy their mountain retreat while also generating rental income. The rental obligation is 30 years (Loi montagne), with a requirement for owners to make their apartments available for rent for 6 weeks per year.

During the winter season, owners are required to make their apartments available for rent for 4 weeks, including 2 weeks during holiday periods. In the summer, the requirement is for 2 weeks, including holiday periods.

In the interseason, there are no rental requirements, so owners are free to use their apartments as they wish or rent them out if they choose. This flexible rental setup allows owners to enjoy their mountain retreat while also generating rental income when they’re not using it.
